 Today’s Top Threat
Backdoor.Miniduke!gen3
Despite the cute name, the Backdoor.Miniduke is a rather nasty little virus. Much along the same vein as the other backdoors once it latches onto your computer, it will open a pathway to other malicious software and flood your PC with viruses.

PlugX RAT With “Time Bomb” Abuses Dropbox for Command-and-Control Settings
“Monitoring network traffic is one of the means for IT administrators to determine if there is an ongoing targeted attack in the network. Remote access tools or RATs, commonly seen in targeted attack campaigns, are employed to establish command-and-control (C&C) communications. Although the network traffic of these RATs, such as Gh0st, PoisonIvy, Hupigon, and PlugX, among others, are well-known and can be detected, threat actors still effectively use these tools in targeted attacks.”

USA USA USA!
Okay, I know the US Mens National Team didn’t win today, but we at least advance! That is super exciting! Also is exciting is Googles Project Ara, Project Ara is a modular phone where you can snap in new cameras, processors, memory, and anything else you can think of. It is easy to draw the comparison to building your own super computer, but in a phone format. The products will be 3d printed so that should hopefully be relatively affordable, and stylish
